Meat House
I purchased the Meat House voucher. It was a $20 voucher that I paid $10 for. When my husband went to Meat House to redeem the voucher he was told that it was 50% off whatever he bought up to $20 off. To get the whole $20 off he was told he would have to buy $40 worth of meat. This is not how we understood it to work. Our understanding was that we could buy as little as $20 worth of meat and we would only pay tax or if we bought $21 worth we would only owe $1 plus the tax.

You are correct on how the vouchers are to be handled. We have contacted the vendor to get this corrected. It is most likely dealing with having each staff member know the process of redemption. We will follow up with you directly by tomorrow. There have not been any issues to date with them and all customers redeeming thus far have reported very positive feedback.
