Inconsistent labeling of deal duration
Hello.
I looked at and planned to get yesterday's deal. I delayed based
on the 'time left to save' countdown, which showed it ending around
Sunday.
That deal appears to no longer available, when it should have
more than 24 hours left.
Today's deal (which I'm not interested in, but for purpose of illustration) now shows about 35 hours left. Does it expire at midnight tonight, or midnight tomorrow?
Can you clear this up in the future? The inconsistency is confusing and frustrating.
Thanks.

Hi Dan,
Please forgive me for asking, but, can you clarify what deal you wanted that you missed please? Both of the deals we are running today, were also running yesterday. Nothing has changed.
We are very sorry for any frustration or confusion.

Hello.
I am looking for the deal on house cleaning. I looked around the page for anything about that deal, without success.
Thanks.

Sorry for the confusion Dan...
We are running 2 deals.... One in Cary/Apex and another in Raleigh... You can change your current city by choosing the "Choose Your City" link at the VERY top of the site in the orange area.
Here is a link to both of the deals currently running:
http://www.twongo.com/cary-apex
and
http://www.twongo.com/raleigh-durham
Thanks for saving with Twongo!!

Ah - that's it. My PC at work is set to Raleigh, while home was Apex. Since the Raleigh deal was with a retailer nearer to Apex, it never occurred to me that it was under anything but Apex.
Thanks!
