How do I request a Credit or Refund for my Purchase?

To request a credit, please open a Twongo Billing support ticket by clicking the "Help" link located in the very top right hand side of our website. We will need the email address of the account used to purchase the deal as well as the last 4 digits of the credit card on file for security purposes.

Unused Twongo purchases may be credited within 30 days from date of purchase. No refunds or credits of any type are given after 30 days from date of purchase.

Credits are typically processed within 24 hours and will show up in your Twongo account immediately after processing. Refunds to your credit card will be credited within 5 - 7 business days.
