The Twongo payment processing system does not work without a card on file associated with your account. The reason is the unique way Twongo works. When you purchase a deal on Twongo, you’ll lock in your reservation to buy the item but your credit card won’t be charged until the end of the day. This is because Twongo gives you the opportunity to save even more as more people purchase the deal. The price you lock in the reservation for is usually not the same price you end up paying for the great deals on Twongo.

When the deal you purchased closes, your Twongo credits will be deducted from your credit balance automatically. Your bank may show a temporary hold on your credit card for the amount of your purchase, but this will be removed from your statement usually within 72 hours. Nothing with be charged to your credit card unless the amount of your purchase exceeds your credit balance.
